Question about devices and Binance

Binance lately banned my account without giving any rationalization and i’m conscious that they HWID detect and ban new accounts opened on the same gadget. This account was previously opened and used on an previous iphone, but when it obtained suspended it was on a new telephone. So my query is, if i format the previous telephone and use a brand new Binance account (new id), will binance detect the system and droop the new account? Because the one which acquired suspended was previously used on that very gadget as nicely
