Recuring buying BTC by card blocked in France ?

I’m making an attempt to set up a recurring crypto purchase on Binance using my financial institution card. I’m based mostly in France, and each time I try to enable it by means of this page:

I get the next error message:

Does anybody know why this function is unavailable in France? Is that this a short lived restriction or a everlasting one?

Also, are there any authentic options to set up recurring purchases on Binance? For example, would using a VPN work, or are there different beneficial solutions?
