Trying to recover Legacy V1 Bitwala Wallet - PDF incorrect?

Hey guys,

my father some years ago gave me a small BTC present on Bitwala (it was 2017). Even if not much, today it has grown as we all know. So we remembered and tried to access it. As Bitwala went bankrupt, it was not working to access the bitwala account. So, as we still got the original key card (PDF) besides the account login data, we tried to access in various ways. The original PDF has the User private key, backup key, bitgo public key, secret and all. The keys were in a format like this --> {"iv"...} Not twelve words.

Strangely trying the Bitgo wallet recovery wizard, as well as node / sjcl, even python script did not work, always telling us, the passcode was incorrect. But it was the 100% correct one from the Bitwala key card. (side fact - we are no coders)

Does anyone have experience with this and had any success to recover a legacy V1 self custody wallet, as we do not know what to try next. We tried the QR codes, typed letter by letter and so on. Always being told the passcode did not work.
