Scared

I am making this post because for the first time ever I feel very scared and anxious about the future. With the ledger hack, and now the binance billions gone - as someone with crypto on an exchange as I always have - I am scared and don’t know what to do.

I normally take a percentage of my paycheck and convert it to bitcoin and just keep dca every week…

I use kraken if anyone has any insight on kraken or experience. So far it’s been great. But I am so anxious and scared and today it is time to DCA and I haven’t yet… but then again I don’t like my money in a traditional bank.

If I wanted to take the next step and gain self custody of my coins - what do you recommend I do? I have no idea where to even begin with this.
